This property was successfully sold last week with a sale that was way beyond a price that we thought possible. And, though this was such a pleasing aspect of the sale, it was the service that we got from Lynn and Ken that was the endearing memory. From the time we made our first contact with them requesting that they act as agents, Lynn and Ken could not have been more professional or helpful. Nothing was too great a request - visiting the ex-tenants, collecting information, communicating with neighbours, advising the best way of leaving the house, arranging cleaning contractors, arranging for the auctioneer (who I might add was so impressive), and even putting out the rubbish - nothing was too much of a hassle. We also enjoyed the humour and laughter that was in abundance at our meetings and the easy way in which they were to deal with. So the property has been sold and your company now has two very supportive and well satisfied customers thanks to two of your very special representatives. Yes we will be using L J Hookers again and yes we will be telling our associates of how impressed we were with the service we received.
